After the ever-expanding reign of the Parasite became apparent, the Earthlings turned to the Oracles, demanding their help, highlighting the ramifications of their lack of action. A meeting was held between representatives of the two races that lasted for weeks—weeks that gave enough time to the ISL to continue its expansion.

Due to the different philosophies and views the tension grew between the two. Many feared that a war might break out between the two empires and if said war would occur, the Outer Ring would be dominated by the Parasite.

After many failed meetings and attempts to reach a mutual solution, in their final meeting, a major decision was made whih is now considered one of the most important decisions in the Outer Ring’s history: the forming of the Rebirth Coalition.

During the Rebirth Coalition Meeting, both races found their common ground: change. They were both pioneers, filled with wanderlust, and always pushing the limits of what was possible. The Rebirth Coalition aimed at the unification of the two races under the shared principles of change, evolution, and escape from the old traditional ways, all in the hope of defeating the rising menace of the ISL.

Under their formal alliance, with a common goal in mind, Oracles and Earthlings unleashed a series of vehement attacks against the ISL which, by that time, was considered the most major threat of the universe. The organized attacks led to a series of victories, halting the expansion of the ISL only for a brief period. Yet, the more wars the ISL won, the larger its army grew, while the Rebirth Coalition’s forces were growing thinner by the day.

The Rebirth Coalition came across a seemingly unsolvable problem. Based on the Oracle calculations, in less than two years, there would be no living organism unturned in the Outer Ring and the ISL’s reign would be final with no chances of success. That was the moment the Rebirth Coalition decided to unleash its secret weapon: the Mechs.
