Before the rise of the three factions, the M.P.P.C. continued its work, trying to preserve the harmony. It helped the less advanced races to climb the technological ladder and kept in check the powerful forces, making sure that no dynasties or tyrannies would occur.

But, like everyone else, the M.P.P.C. could not predict the sudden rise of the Parasite. Members of the M.P.P.C. tried to warn the Oracles and Earthlings, asking for a solution to be found through the use of their technological advancements. Their request was dismissed and when the Parasite came in power, the Coalition was formed, and the Bastion of Tradition Alliance joined the Civil War, the M.P.P.C. declared its official Neutral Stance in the war.

Despite its Neutral Stance and abstention from the war, the M.P.P.C. tried to ensure the balance between the factions, always funding the weak and never funding the imminent tyrannies.

During the war, Fanet also worked as a refuge for those who decided to abstain from the war, offering a shelter against the hatching Tyrannies.

Just like its early days, the M.P.P.C. exercised its control with a strong and highly militarized hand, always ready to stand against the factions.
