Through the mists of the Imdali Nebula lies the planet of Fanet: an earth-like planet with extreme seasonal changes due to its large axial inclination. Among the forests of fungal-like organisms, the poisonous clouds of methane and carbon dioxide, and the cold oceans, sits the most important city in the Outer Ring: the Great Silver City.

Fanet was first discovered by the Earthlings of the Outer Ring. Its resemblance to Earth and its hospitable environment felt welcoming to Earthlings, urging them to visit and build the New Earth on Fanet. But the poisonous—to men—atmosphere prohibited such an undertaking. The Earthlings left the planet and for a few decades, its existence was completely forgotten.

When the War of the Outer Ring began, years before the rise of the three factions and the Civil War, Fanet was used as an exile prison for all Earthling Criminals. Instead of executing or imprisoning their criminals, the Earthling generals sent huge ships of prisoners into Fanet. All soldiers captured by the Earthlings had a similar fate during the war. Soon, more races learned about Fanet’s existence and did the same, banishing criminals, deserters, and thieves, to the distant planet who many thought that had no life on its surface

But those who were sent to Fanet did not die. The exiles and the banished created their community and soon joined the Outer Ring game with the greatest city of all: the Great Silver City. The entire planet, and especially the Great Silver City, is a multicultural hub of civilizations and a home to all kinds of races with the sole purpose of survival and acceptance.

When the First Outer Ring War ended, the Multi-Planetary Pacification Coalition was suggested by a few individuals—Generals, leaders, and people of influence who acknowledged the grim sad of war. Even though the M.P.P.C. undertaking saw no success among the Outer Ring races, it was highly embraced and cheered by the people of Fanet. Based on the multicultural background, the plethora of races, and the harmonious way of life, Fanet embraced the peaceful undertaking and invited the creators of the M.P.P.C. to create their base on the distant planet.

Since their official establishment in Fanet, the M.P.P.C. tried to ensure peace throughout the Outer Ring and manage to achieve more than one victories during its time. With every citizen of Fanet joining the M.P.P.C., the two were considered identical and the two names were interchangeable.

Soon enough, the M.P.P.C grew in power and its influence became apparent in the Outer Ring. Thanks to its actions and careful diplomacy, the First Truce followed after the First War and a period of serenity and peace found the Outer Ring.

Since that time, the M.P.P.C. founded the Great Silver City, a city that would preserve equality, justice, and ensure peace at all costs, while at the same time, it would be the base of operations of the M.P.P.C. and the center where all decisions would be made.
